- Asuka will do its best to provide the selected vehicle model; if unable to provide the selected model, it guarantees that the actual vehicle picked up will be of the same class or an upgraded model; if the store proactively adjusts the model, no additional fees will be charged.
- The number of luggage items that can be placed may vary from the standard depending on the vehicle class, specifications, trunk shape, luggage shape, etc. The information is for reference only.
- If multiple drivers are desired, please register additional drivers at pickup and pay the additional fee. Each driver must provide the same pickup documents as the main driver. If an unregistered driver operates the vehicle, the insurance will be invalid. Please note.
- Displayed prices include tax. The displayed prices may differ from the one-way drop-off fees in promotional activities.
- Photos on the website are for reference only. Specific vehicle models, styles, and colors cannot be selected at the time of reservation.
- In case of any disputes, Asuka Car reserves the final decision.
Insurance Terms and Conditions
※In the event that a customer is involved in an accident or causes damage, and the vehicle requires repair or cleaning, the customer as the party responsible for the accident shall bear a portion of the business loss during the repair period.
※Other chargeable items: Puncture/blowout/wheel cover, interior equipment repair/replacement, towing fees
※The fees in the above table already include tax.
※Displayed prices include 10% consumption tax.
The following situations are not eligible for insurance or compensation
Damage exceeding the compensation amount in the rental car compensation plan table
Accidents where no police report was filed
Cases that fall under the insurance policy's exemptions
(1) Tire repair costs for punctures or blowouts (2) Loss of tire cover (3) Intentional accidents, etc.
When clearly violating rental terms
(1) Drunk driving (2) Dangerous driving (3) Drug use (4) Unauthorized extension of rental period (5) Driver not approved by the company, etc.
When there is management negligence
(1) Damage to in-car accessories (2) Theft due to not locking (3) Wrong fuel added due to self-fueling (4) Lost car keys (5) Smoking in no-smoking vehicle (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco) (6) Other nuisance behaviors, etc.
